- Proven track record in managing document import processes, with a deep understanding of kepabeanan/ppjk regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Spearhead the optimization of our document import workflows, leveraging your expertise to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of import processes across the organization.
- Serve as the resident authority on kepabeanan/ppjk regulations, providing guidance and training to your colleagues to maintain compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used in the import/export industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or international trade.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar import management or logistics role.
- Possession of a valid kepabeanan/ppjk certificate, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
