HR (Compben – Manufacture)

Our client is a manufacturing company operating in a production-based environment with a growing workforce in Indonesia. The business is currently expanding its operations and production capacity, requiring stronger HR structure, accuracy, and operational support. The company works closely with regional and global counterparts and emphasizes compliance, efficiency, and people discipline.

• Support and execute day-to-day HR operations and administration for permanent and outsourced employees.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee data, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Administer compensation & benefits processes, including payroll coordination, overtime, allowances, and statutory benefits using HRIS Sunfish.
• Support recruitment activities for operational and supporting roles, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits in a clear and structured manner.
• Coordinate with external parties such as BPJS, vendors, and government institutions to ensure compliance.
• Prepare regular HR reports and support management with accurate HR data.
• Work closely with management and regional counterparts, including communication in English when required.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits administration.
• Mandatory experience using HRIS Sunfish or similar HRIS.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accurate in handling HR data and payroll-related matters.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on, disciplined, and comfortable working in a factory-based environment.
• Willing to work full on-site in Pasuruan, East Java.
• Female candidates are preferred.
