- Establish, monitor, and evaluate the hospital's work goals and management strategies to create and maintain a high-quality and effective management system.
- Evaluate and address overall hospital challenges, particularly those related to management strategies in operational systems, to improve the hospital's quality and performance.
- Develop and nurture a culture emphasizing collaboration and communication, especially with external parties, to communicate relevant information and maintain the company's image.
- Collaborate with the Hospital Director to formulate and determine the types of services offered by the hospital to remain competitive and aligned with current trends and practices.
- Work with the Hospital Director to establish hospital-wide performance measures and prioritize improvements, understanding their impact on patients and hospital costs to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen and the ability to make independent judgments and decisions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, dynamic, self-reliant, and motivated with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Proven experience in leading, coordinating, and managing in a complex environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and maintain professionalism.
- Capability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Effective problem solver and strategic thinker.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position or 5 years of experience as a Division Head in a related field.
