As they continue to grow and expand our operations, they are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their team as the Head of Talent Management.


About the Role

As the Head of Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will lead a team of HR professionals to ensure that we attract, engage, and nurture top talent to support our business objectives and foster a culture of excellence.


Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Implement effective employee retention programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover rates.
  • Design and facilitate training and development programs to support the professional growth and skill enhancement of employees at all levels.
  • Partner with departmental leaders to assess talent needs and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Establish performance management systems to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to continuously evaluate and improve talent management processes and practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent management or related HR functions, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, with a track record of success in implementing effective initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable talent management plans.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, CHRL) is a plus.
