Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive regional sales and operational performance analysis, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities across the home business.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
- Monitor and manage financial and performance variances, identifying trends and potential commercial or operational risks early.
- Establish and maintain strong performance management frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and analytical models.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting systems, aligning with financial and compliance standards.
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams to align data, reporting, and performance initiatives.
- Lead performance reviews and business forecasting exercises to support planning and corrective actions.
- Continuously improve dashboards, reporting tools, and insight mechanisms to increase organizational effectiveness and execution speed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in performance management, sales analytics, business controlling, or operational analytics.
- Strong experience working in large, matrixed organizations with complex regional operations.
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics, financial discipline, and operational KPIs.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, structured insights for senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work across commercial, operational, and corporate functions.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a disciplined approach to execution.
- Experience working with analytics, reporting, or data governance frameworks is highly preferred.
