Our client is a major player in the telecommunications and home connectivity sector, operating at national scale with a strong focus on data-driven execution. As the home business continues to grow in complexity and size, the organization is strengthening its strategic and performance management capabilities to ensure tighter control, faster decision-making, and stronger regional execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional sales and operational performance analysis, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities across the home business.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage financial and performance variances, identifying trends and potential commercial or operational risks early.
  • Establish and maintain strong performance management frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and analytical models.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting systems, aligning with financial and compliance standards.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams to align data, reporting, and performance initiatives.
  • Lead performance reviews and business forecasting exercises to support planning and corrective actions.
  • Continuously improve dashboards, reporting tools, and insight mechanisms to increase organizational effectiveness and execution speed.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in performance management, sales analytics, business controlling, or operational analytics.
  • Strong experience working in large, matrixed organizations with complex regional operations.
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics, financial discipline, and operational KPIs.
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, structured insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work across commercial, operational, and corporate functions.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a disciplined approach to execution.
  • Experience working with analytics, reporting, or data governance frameworks is highly preferred.
