Head of Sales (Pulp Chemicals)

We are supporting our client a Global Chemical Manufacturing company in Indonesia in a search for a Head of Sales to grow chemical products for the pulp mill market segment in Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone with strong chemical understanding and hands-on experience working with Pulp mills decision makers.

Key focus:

• Lead and grow sales and profitability for chemical products in the Pulp & Paper market
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for key accounts and market segments
• Own pricing, margin, and revenue performance for the business
• Build strong relationships with Pulp mills and decision-makers
• Lead and guide the sales team to deliver sustainable growth
• Work closely with technical and application teams to support customer solutions

What we're looking for:

• Strong sales and commercial background in B2B industrial or specialty chemicals
• Experience managing Pulp mills customer portfolios
• Solid commercial acumen in pricing, negotiation, and account development
• Technical or chemical knowledge to support customer discussions
• Proven ability to grow accounts and lead market expansion
