A leading furniture and interior solutions company in Indonesia is seeking a Head of Sales Project to drive business growth and expand its presence across commercial offices, hospitality, retail, and large-scale project segments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Project Sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Contractors, and Corporate Clients.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities while managing the entire sales cycle.
- Drive strategic business development initiatives and expand key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- Around 10 years of experience in Project Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Strong network within the construction, interior fit-out, materials, furniture, or property sectors.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale project sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Mandarin proficiency will be a strong advantage.
