Our client is a leading and fast growing hospital in Indonesia and looking for a strong Head of Sales candidate to drive their business partnership and corporate sales.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the hospital sector.
- Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, including large companies and business leaders, to boost corporate sales.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain a robust network with doctors, healthcare professionals, government entities, including ministries, and public health organizations.
- Collaborate with government officials and ministries to secure contracts, grants, and other opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with insurance companies and payers to optimize reimbursement rates and improve patient access.
- Work closely with insurance partners to ensure alignment on policy, billing practices, and patient care agreements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting performance goals and conducting regular reviews.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build relationships.
- Address and resolve client and partner issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership within the healthcare or hospital industry, with a proven track record in corporate sales.
- Established network with corporations, doctors, insurance partners, and government entities.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare services, insurance processes, and government regulations related to the hospital industry.
- Ability to travel as needed and flexible hours may be required.
- Open to relocate to Bali
