Head of Sales Execution – Home Broadband

About our client and role:

We are supporting a major consumer connectivity and broadband business in hiring a Head of Sales Execution to drive disciplined execution and performance consistency across regions and partner channels.

This role focuses on strengthening sales governance, improving productivity, and ensuring national targets are delivered through strong regional leadership and execution rigor.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive national and regional sales execution aligned with revenue and growth targets
  • Govern sales productivity, performance discipline, and operating cadence across regions
  • Lead and support regional sales heads to improve execution consistency
  • Partner with Channel teams to optimize distributor and reseller performance
  • Strengthen capability building, performance management, and talent effectiveness
  • Act as escalation point for regional and partner execution issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12-15+ years of experience in large-scale sales execution leadership
  • Proven experience managing regional sales leaders and partner-driven models
  • Strong execution and governance mindset
  • Background in telecom, consumer goods, or large-scale consumer services preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University
