We are proud to be partnering exclusively with a growing local conglomerate business chain in Indonesia that is investing seriously in building the people infrastructure to match its operational ambitions.

As they continue to expand, we are searching for a Head of Rewards & Systems — a newly created position designed to bring rigour, speed, and strategic thinking to both their HR technology rollout and their rewards architecture. This is your opportunity to own two of the most business-critical people priorities at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.


What You Will Need
Our client needs a hands-on yet strategic rewards leader who can move fast, drive cross-functional execution, and design incentive frameworks that are both commercially grounded and motivating for a large, distributed workforce across Indonesia.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and HR systems
  • Proven experience leading or heavily contributing to an HRIS implementation — familiarity with Talenta is a strong advantage
  • Strong project management instincts — you know how to push a go-live forward, manage stakeholders, and clear blockers without losing momentum
  • Deep understanding of incentive and productivity-based compensation design, particularly for frontline or operational workforces
  • Experience leading and developing a team of managers — you invest in your people and hold them accountable in equal measure
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment where structure is still being built
  • The ability to balance the technical with the human — you understand that systems and schemes only work if people trust and understand them
  • Experience in F&B, retail, or any consumer-facing, high-headcount industry is a strong advantage
What You Will Do
  • Drive the rapid go-live of the Talenta HRIS system — working closely with the HRIS Manager, who owns the technical execution, your role is to ensure the rollout is delivered on time, adoption is high, and the business is ready to operate within the new system
  • Design and implement productivity-based incentive schemes for restaurant staff — building frameworks that are fair, measurable, and directly tied to operational performance
  • Lead and develop a team of 3 Managers — covering Rewards, HRIS, and related people operations domains — coaching them and aligning their work to business priorities
  • Partner with HR and business leadership to ensure compensation structures remain competitive, internally equitable, and aligned to the company's growth stage
  • Build and maintain a clear view of total rewards across the organisation — salary benchmarking, benefit structures, and incentive budgets
  • Establish reporting and analytics around rewards and system utilisation — enabling data-driven decisions on workforce cost and productivity
  • Contribute to broader HR transformation efforts as the people function continues to evolve alongside the business
