Head of Project Execution / Project Management Director

A leading furniture and interior solutions company in Indonesia is looking for a Head of Project Execution / Project Management Systems (PMS) to lead project delivery excellence across multiple commercial and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution and ensure successful project delivery.
- Establish and strengthen project management systems, governance, and best practices.
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience within construction, interior fit-out, project management consultancy, property development, or engineering sectors.
- Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale project execution.
- Experience implementing project management systems and governance frameworks.
- Mandarin or Chinese language skills are a plus.
