Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap, focusing on building a scalable, reliable, and user-friendly crypto trading platform.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and optimize backend systems that support trading operations, including matching engines, wallet integrations, and API functionalities.
- Ensure the platform meets high standards of security, compliance, and performance.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure product alignment with company goals.
- Act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication of product requirements.
- Monitor and measure product performance using KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- 7+ years of product management experience within the technology or fintech space.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of backend systems for trading platforms, including matching engines, order books, and wallet integrations.
- Experience working in crypto exchanges or related fintech environments is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance products in complex technical ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency trading, and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
