Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Home Business portfolio, covering product lifecycle management, pricing, and positioning.
- Define and drive integrated marketing and brand strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand strength.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance product value propositions and ecosystem integration.
- Ensure strong go-to-market alignment with Sales and Channel teams to deliver consistent customer experiences and campaign execution.
- Leverage analytics, market insights, and competitive benchmarking to improve portfolio performance and optimize marketing investments.
- Oversee performance tracking through dashboards and reports, focusing on profitability, campaign effectiveness, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Finance, and Business Planning teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Engage with external partners such as media agencies, creative vendors, research firms, and ecosystem partners to drive impactful campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced education or leadership programs are a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or business development, with proven success in portfolio growth and brand leadership.
- Strong background in product strategy, marketing, and go-to-market execution within consumer or home-based services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to guide decision-making.
- Proven leadership capability with experience driving transformation, growth, and high-performing teams.
- Certifications in Marketing, Product Management, or Brand Strategy are an advantage.
