Head of Marketing – Tech

A very exciting opportunity to lead the Marketing initiatives at a leading E-Grocery in Indonesia!

About the Company:
Our client is a prominent player in the technology industry, driving the future of online grocery through an advanced e-groceries platform and seamless digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end brand strategy, consumer segmentation, brand communications, social media, campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Lead 360° campaigns across digital, offline activations, partnerships, influencers/KOLs, and PR, with the aim to drive creative communications to increase brand awareness, visibility and preference.
  • Partner with the CCO on long-term brand positioning, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Create and manage consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and monitor all Digital and Performance marketing initiatives, with the aim of driving traffic, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across app and website.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making through performance analytics and optimization.
  • Responsible for managing the annual marketing budget with strong ROI and efficiency discipline.
  • Be a strong, respected leader who sets direction, challenges thinking, and drives execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial, and Tech to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience.
Key Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in E-commerce, E-grocery, or Consumer Tech industries, with a B2C focus.
  • A strong background handling Brand, Communications, Campaigns, and Consumer Marketing is preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree is a must.
  • A hands-on leadership mentality with a strong, assertive, and commercially-minded marketing approach who can move fast, lead firmly, and operate comfortably in high-growth and high-change environments.
  • Proven track record in scaling user acquisition and retention in a digital or e-commerce business with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, funnels, performance metrics, and brand building.
  • A data driven individual with a Creative Marketing mindset.
  • Great team management skills, including delegation, motivation, and mentorship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
