One of Indonesia's local conglomerate is looking for a Head of Human Resources General Affairs to lead their team
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of HRGA who brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence across all HR and General Affairs functions. This role will partner closely with business and operational leaders to shape and execute people strategies that drive organizational performance, workforce effectiveness, and a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workplace.
You will lead the full spectrum of HR — from organization development, talent management, and employee relations to general affairs and site operations — ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Lead the HR and General Affairs teams to deliver integrated people and workplace solutions that support business growth and operational continuity.
- Partner with senior management to translate business objectives into strategic HR initiatives covering organization design, capability development, and succession planning.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with company values.
- Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives to enhance agility, collaboration, and efficiency.
- Manage General Affairs operations, including facilities, security, transportation, and workplace safety, ensuring smooth site operations and compliance with regulations.
- Strengthen employee engagement and communication across all levels to foster trust, alignment, and productivity.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leadership teams on people strategy, structure, and workforce planning.
- Monitor key HR metrics, analyze workforce data, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and develop a capable HRGA team with strong execution, business partnership, and service mindset.
What You Will Need
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing HR and GA functions.
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders in retail, FMCG, or similar complex operational environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR management, labor law, and general affairs operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and culture-building initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
- Data-driven and commercially minded, able to balance business outcomes with people sustainability.
