About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing technology company providing digital solutions and data-driven platforms to support operational efficiency and business scalability across Indonesia. As the organisation continues to expand and strengthen its market presence, it is now entering a more structured growth phase, focusing on building a high-performance culture, strong leadership capability, and scalable people strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and transformation roadmap
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving organization effectiveness, structure optimization, and culture alignment
- Lead all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and General Affairs
- Drive organization design and decision-making framework improvements, ensuring clarity, agility, and scalability
- Establish and build Training & Development function, including capability building roadmap and leadership development initiatives
- Develop and enhance HR systems, policies, and processes to support business growth and operational efficiency
- Leverage people analytics and data-driven insights to support workforce planning, productivity improvement, and organizational health
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives while maintaining strong team engagement and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership role
- Background from technology companies or fast-growing startups, preferably with mid-to-large scale organization
- Strong experience in Organization Development (OD), including organization design, performance management, and talent strategy
- Preferably with a data-driven or analytical background (engineering or business preferred over purely psychology)
- Proven experience in building Training & Development initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR operations and Indonesian employment practices
- Ability to work closely with C-level stakeholders and drive strategic, business-oriented HR decisions
- Communication style that is direct, structured, and data-driven, with strong stakeholder influencing skills
- High level of ownership, independence, and trustworthiness
