Head of Home Sales (National) - Home Broadband Business

About our client and role:

We are partnering with a leading, large-scale consumer connectivity and digital services organization that is aggressively growing its Home broadband business nationwide. This is a critical leadership role with direct impact on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

This role will be the entire Home sales performance organization, responsible for scaling growth while strengthening execution discipline across regions and channels.

Responsibilities:

Own national Home sales performance including net adds, revenue, sales productivity, and churn outcomes
Lead and align regional sales leaders across all major markets
Drive execution excellence across direct sales, channel partners, community sales, and telesales
Translate growth targets into clear regional plans, quotas, and operating rhythms
Strengthen sales governance, performance tracking, and incentive effectiveness
Partner closely with Channel, Product, Marketing, CX, Network, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition and installation

Requirements:

Over 15+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University
Proven track record managing large, multi-region sales organizations
Strong background in consumer businesses such as telecom, broadband, FMCG, or digital platforms
Data-driven, execution-focused leader with strong commercial acumen
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments
