Head of Home Sales (Jakarta, Centra Java, Sumatera and Kalimantan) – Broadband

An exciting opportunity to be grow the Home Broadband business unit at one of the largest local Telco companies in Indonesia!

About the Company:
Our client is a leading local telco company who is looking to accelerate their Home Broadband (FTTH and FWA) expansion in Multiple regions across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and own regional Home Broadband (FTTH & FWA) performance, including acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies, growth plans, and execution governance to meet and exceed targets.
  • Drive market expansion and new market opening, especially in emerging regions.
  • Lead direct selling models (including FTTH door-to-door sales) and optimize field productivity and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage regional partnerships, distribution models, and local market collaborations to accelerate penetration.
  • Continuously improve sales efficiency, cost effectiveness, and conversion performance.
  • Govern early-life customer experience (first 3 months), including complaint reduction, root-cause analysis, and field compliance.
  • Build and run capability uplift programs to strengthen sales, technical readiness, and frontline execution quality.
  • Improve business processes and operational governance to support scale and reliability.
  • Work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Network, IT, CX, and Finance to deliver end-to-end results.
Key Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in telco, broadband, or ISP industries (FTTH/FWA experience strongly preferred).
  • Bachelors degree is a must.
  • Proven senior leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-region Home Broadband sales organizations.
  • Track record in market expansion, opening new territories, and scaling sales engines.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent business acumen and execution rigor.
  • Comfortable leading large outsourced field forces and complex partner ecosystems.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership — able to bridge Sales, Network, IT, and CX effectively.
  • Possesses great communication skills, and is able to manage and build relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
