Head of Home Sales (Broadband - FTTH/FWA) - Multiple Regions

About the Role

We are supporting a leading telco in Indonesia to hire multiple Head of Home Sales across multiple strategic regions to drive Home Broadband growth (FTTH and FWA). This is a high-impact leadership role integrating sales execution, capability building, installation readiness governance, and customer experience performance to deliver end-to-end subscriber growth and service quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional level Home Broadband performance across FTTH and FWA
  • Own sales strategy, growth plan, and execution governance to deliver acquisition and retention targets
  • Lead branch/regional HBB sales leaders and drive productivity of field engine
  • Manage partners/vendors where relevant to improve execution and cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Network/Technology to improve activation success, installation lead time, and order-to-activation performance
  • Drive customer experience governance including early-life complaints (first 3 months), root-cause fixes, and field compliance improvement
  • Build capability programs to uplift sales and technical readiness of the organization
Requirements:
  • Over 15 years in telco/broadband/ISP industry (FTTH/FWA strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Past senior leadership experience managing large-scale Home Broadband sales organizations
  • Strong commercial leadership with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, network, and CX
  • Proficiency in English and possessing strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable presenting strategy in English to senior stakeholders
