About our client and role:
We are supporting a major consumer connectivity and broadband business organization undergoing rapid expansion of its Home broadband business. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems, and channel economics at national scale.
You will define and govern multi-channel distribution strategy to ensure sustainable growth, partner productivity, and execution alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute national go-to-market and multi-channel distribution strategy
- Own channel mix design across distributors, dealers, community channels, and telesales
- Govern channel performance, productivity, and partner economics
- Design and manage incentive frameworks to drive the right sales behavior
- Lead channel enablement initiatives including tools, processes, and capability building
- Resolve channel conflicts and ensure alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, and CX teams
- Minimum of 12-15+ years of experience in channel strategy, go-to-market, or sales leadership
- Strong exposure to managing distributor and partner ecosystems
- Commercially and analytically strong, with experience in incentive design
- Background in telecom, FMCG, fintech, or large consumer platforms preferred
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University
