Head of Growth – Fintech

About the Company:
Our client is a prominent and innovative player in Indonesia's fintech space, committed to making investment and financial products accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end growth and marketing strategy, spanning performance marketing, growth experimentation, community building, KOL & influencer management, brand marketing, and fully integrated campaigns.
  • Create growth and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, transaction frequency, and lifetime value across all investment products.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to align on channel prioritization, budget allocation, experimentation roadmap, and performance optimization across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Drive data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics, attribution, cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks to continuously refine market communication strategies, channel mix, and investment efficiency.
  • Lead brand marketing initiatives to significantly increase visibility, awareness, and top-of-mind presence, positioning the company as the leading investment platform in Indonesia.
  • Own marketing communications and messaging across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, compliance, and a strong, trusted brand narrative.
  • Design and execute high-impact growth campaigns, including always-on performance initiatives, major product launches, seasonal pushes, and large-scale brand moments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance, Business, and Customer Experience teams to ensure growth strategies are scalable, compliant, and deeply integrated into the product roadmap.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or strategic marketing roles, preferably within high-growth tech or digital-first organizations.
  • Prior experience in fintech is highly preferred, with a strong preference for candidates from investment fintech. Open to high-performing candidates from other tech startup environments.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure, and performance-driven environments.
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, comfortable making decisions quickly with clear accountability and ownership of results.
  • Strong personality: ambitious, assertive, and aggressive in execution, while maintaining professionalism, respect, and strong stakeholder management.
  • Dynamic individual with a step-by-step, build-for-scale mindset, capable of balancing quick wins with sustainable long-term growth.
  • Possesses great communication skills, both in English and Bahasa, with the ability to manage and build relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
