Head of Financial Control

Our client is a multinational agribusiness company seeking a Head of Financial Control to support its Livestock and Non-Feed Business Units. This role combines financial control, performance management, and business partnering responsibilities across multiple entities and will lead a finance team supporting business growth and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial closing and management reporting processes.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and performance reviews.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to support decision-making and business performance.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and reporting processes across the business.
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvement projects, and system implementations.
• Lead and develop a finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial control, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong finance business partnering experience with operational stakeholders.
• Previous experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience within agribusiness, livestock, poultry, food production, FMCG, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive industries.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
