• Translate product vision into solid technical designs and scalable solutions
• Lead and inspire your engineering team to deliver projects with quality and speed
• Build the team, from hiring the right people to coaching them into their best work
• Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to keep projects on track and aligned
• Own the day-to-day running of the engineering team, keeping things moving smoothly
• Set and uphold a high technical bar across everything the team ships.

Key Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8–10+ years of experience leading engineering teams in a fast-moving startup or tech environment
• A strong technical foundation backed by real projects and hands-on experience
• A natural leader who knows how to get the best out of the people around them
