Head of Digital Content and Loyalty Partnerships – Telco

An exciting opportunity to lead the digital content and loyalty partnership strategy at a leading Telco company!

About the Company:
Our client is a leading telecommunications company in Indonesia, with a strong focus on expanding and strengthening its Home Broadband (FTTH) business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and own the digital content and loyalty partnership strategy, designed to deepen customer engagement, expand monetizable ecosystems, and enhance overall value propositions.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership portfolio across digital content, entertainment, OTT, gaming, utilities, education (edutech), lifestyle platforms, fintech-enabled services, and loyalty ecosystems.
  • Design and execute commercial models, including revenue-sharing structures, bundling constructs, tiered partnership models, and joint value propositions that drive differentiation and engagement.
  • Develop integrated content and loyalty propositions that support acquisition, retention, upsell, and ARPU growth across customer segments.
  • Oversee operational delivery and platform integration of digital content and loyalty services, ensuring seamless partner onboarding, technical integration, activation flows, and customer experience.
  • Establish and manage a robust partnership operating model, including governance frameworks, performance tracking, compliance standards, and service quality controls.
  • Review and analyze partner performance, usage insights, customer behavior trends, and loyalty mechanics to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.
  • Drive insight-led optimization of content consumption, engagement journeys, and loyalty participation across digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Mobile Partnership teams to align commercial priorities, strategic partner selection, bundling strategies, and negotiation frameworks.
  • Interface directly with content providers, OTT platforms, gaming publishers, edutech partners, lifestyle platforms, loyalty networks, fintech partners, aggregators, and digital service ecosystems to negotiate terms, manage execution, and co-create differentiated value propositions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure brand alignment, regulatory compliance, and scalable execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital content and loyalty models to continuously evolve the ecosystem strategy.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital partnerships, content ecosystems, loyalty programs, platform-based business models, or ecosystem strategy roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communication, Economics, or a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong experience managing content, OTT, gaming, lifestyle, or loyalty partnerships, including commercial negotiation and performance governance.
  • Proven ability to design monetizable partnership models, bundling strategies, and ecosystem-driven value propositions.
  • Solid understanding of digital platform integration, APIs, partner onboarding, and service operations.
  • Highly analytical and insight-driven, with the ability to translate usage data and customer behavior into actionable improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, capable of managing complex partner ecosystems and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, PMP / PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and execute across cross-functional teams and external partners.
