- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing insurance partnerships, ideally in a healthcare environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
