Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and standards.
- Lead data and AI initiatives through a center of excellence, driving analytics and innovation.
- Oversee strategic data and AI programs, ensuring alignment across business and technology.
- Guide enterprise data architecture to stay consistent with overall data strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate governance and enable data capabilities.
- Monitor and improve data quality, lineage, and compliance.
- Promote data literacy and governance awareness across key functions.
- Align data strategy with broader digital transformation goals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leading data governance, analytics strategy, or AI initiatives.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture and platform ecosystems.
- Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder data and AI projects.
- Familiarity with established governance methodologies and data management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Background in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
