About the Role:
Head of Creative/Content
We are looking for a senior leader with a strong background in content production—across both creative development and production execution—to lead end-to-end digital content and media orchestration. The ideal candidate comes from FMCG brands, agencies, media companies, content studios, or production houses, with a proven ability to deliver content that not only engages but also drives measurable business results.
This role will own the full spectrum of digital content—from brand social media, integrated campaigns, KOL/influencer initiatives, to performance-driven content—ensuring all outputs are aligned with brand strategy and optimized for platform effectiveness.
Beyond content, this role will also be responsible for media and channel orchestration—ensuring the right content is delivered to the right audience, through the right platforms, with the right objectives (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion). The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital media ecosystems, including paid, owned, and creator-driven channels, and how to integrate them into a cohesive, performance-oriented strategy.
The ideal candidate is highly creative yet data-driven—capable of translating business objectives into content systems that scale, leveraging insights, audience behavior, and platform dynamics to continuously optimize performance.
