Job Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Business Intelligence capabilities across operations, business, and commercial functions.
• Own end-to-end BI delivery: data modeling, dashboarding, analytics, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex operational and business problems into data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with Operations, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to support decision-making and performance optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics layers.
• Drive hands-on execution while mentoring the BI team.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data roles, with exposure to operations-heavy environments.
• Proven experience leading BI or analytics teams at Manager / Head level.
• Strong hands-on expertise in BI tools, data analysis, and reporting (not purely managerial).
• Solid understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and commercial drivers.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation-driven organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
