About the Company:
Our client is a Leading Regional Hospitality Tech company who are looking to push their Marketing initiatives and Brand Awareness in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative branding strategies to elevate brand presence in Indonesia, focusing on offline and ATL campaigns.
  • Lead creative strategy, concept development, and end-to-end execution of offline campaigns and events that align with business goals.
  • Drive offline marketing initiatives, including activations, partnerships, and large-scale events, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
  • Work closely with PR, Creative, Partnerships, Government Relations, and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize strategies, with a strong focus on increasing app bookings and business outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • Must have 5–7+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong foundation in FMCG or agency environments. Experience in startups is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree is a must. 
  • Proven track record in developing creative, high-impact brand campaigns and strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong background in executing ATL campaigns, events, and offline activations.
  • Ability to link brand marketing initiatives with business objectives and demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
