Our client is a prominent real estate development company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the residential and commercial market. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share. 
  
Job Responsibilities:
  • Direct the activities of all functions involved in property and asset management, operations, and workflow of the organisation’s whole sales and marketing processes.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of sales and marketing activities in order to grow revenue stream and profitability.
  • Ensuring the sales and marketing team run smoothly, maintain a high degree of integrity at all times and in all circumstances.
  • Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire sales and marketing department.
  • Develop and manage quarterly and yearly strategic departmental budgets.
  
Key Requirements:
  • 5 – 7 years of sales and marketing experiences with a core focus in the residential property space and experiences in managing a large sales team.
  • Proven success in the residential space would be highly desirable – experiences in managing developments located outside of Java Island is a must.
  • A proven track record of marketing ad campaigns development with experience across the various property sales development stages.
  • The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the real estate and property development market.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
