About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing, regulated digital investment platform operating in the crypto and multi-asset space. With a strong product foundation and an ambitious roadmap, they are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead their technical team and drive the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of QA engineers across manual and automation testing
- Define and execute the overall QA strategy, roadmap, and best practices
- Build and scale robust test automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API layers
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Drive shift-left testing practices and ensure quality is built in — not bolted on
- Own QA metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance and reliability standards are met in a regulated financial environment
- 8+ years of QA experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation — frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Background in fintech or financial services is a strong advantage
- Experience with performance, security, and API testing in high-scale systems
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow QA teams
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments
- Excellent English communication skills are a must
