About the Role
As Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving the company’s digital marketing agenda across social media, content, performance marketing, and influencer engagement. You will manage agency collaborations and build in-house capabilities to strengthen brand presence and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies, covering social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and influencer/KOL campaigns.
  • Social Media & Content: Oversee the creation and execution of engaging content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns (currently agency-led), with a roadmap to build in-house expertise and optimize ROI.
  • Influencer & Community Engagement: Drive paid KOL collaborations and community-building initiatives across multiple brands, ensuring strong consumer advocacy.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, sales, and creative teams to ensure integrated execution across offline and online channels.
  • Agency Management: Continue to leverage external agencies while progressively developing internal capabilities for ads and performance marketing.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
  • 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a background in FMCG beauty or agency environments.
  • Proven track record in managing social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and influencer/KOL campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and ROI optimization.
  • Experience leading mid-sized teams (10+), with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.
