Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the creative vision for all projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
- Responsible for handling Brand Strategy, Conceptualization, Ideation, Campaign and Design for brand clients.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and other stakeholders to ensure creative concepts align with overall project objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Presenting and creating pitching decks, creative concepts and campaigns to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating the latest techniques, tools, and technologies into creative strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years of working experience in Creative or Brand Marketing roles, with a background working in Agency
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects and innovative campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward excellence.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and storytelling techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking to meet business objectives.
