Country Head of Finance

Our Client is a Multinational company in the Technology Sector, currently operating in the APAC market. The company continually sets a high standard in Technology Sector.

As the Country Finance Manager, you will focus on Finance Business partnering, commercial finance, business strategy and execution plan, annual budgeting process, compliance, and other finance activities.

Job Descriptions:

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to the Country Manager and commercial leadership team, providing financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to evaluate business initiatives, investment opportunities, and pricing strategies.
• Support decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations.
• Lead monthly business performance reviews, analyzing revenue, margins, customer acquisition, retention, and operating expenses.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinating with department heads to develop comprehensive revenue, cost, and investment plans.
• Support the development of the country’s strategic plan, including long-term financial projections and growth initiatives.
  
  Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as Head of Finance
• Technology experience is highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of commercial finance, finance business partnering, annual budgeting process
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
