Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement the compliance testing framework from the ground up.
• Plan and execute end-to-end compliance testing, including scoping, methodology, testing, and reporting.
• Perform independent testing of regulatory and internal policy compliance.
• Assess effectiveness of controls and identify gaps, risks, and remediation actions.
• Document testing results clearly and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Technology teams as needed.
• Support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and management assurance activities.
• Prepare the foundation for future team expansion and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal audit, compliance testing, or risk assurance, preferably in banking.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance obligations.
• Proven experience designing and executing audit or compliance testing methodologies.
• Solid technical background (e.g. IT controls, systems, data, digital processes).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in regulated financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications (CIA, CISA, Banking Internal Auditor, Risk, ISO) are an advantage.
