Commercial Marketing Head – FMCG

We are looking for a strong commercial leader who possess both strong marketing and go-to-market leadership skills for a fast-growing FMCG company.

A leading consumer goods company that have several business units in various categories that is fast growing in Indonesia.

About the Role
• Formulate long-term business strategies for the Business Unit aligned with overall company vision and identify growth opportunities across product categories and target markets.
• Design comprehensive go-to-market strategies including product launches, channel prioritisation, and geographic expansion.
• Define brand positioning and brand architecture strategies.
• Craft compelling business proposals for new product launches, market entries, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Distribution to ensure on-ground
execution.
• Set and monitor financial targets including revenue, margin, ROI, and optimize marketing and commercial investments.
• Leverage consumer and market data to inform strategic decisions and monitor competitive landscape, category trends, and consumer behavior.

Key Deliverables:
• Clear and measurable strategic roadmap.
• Improved brand visibility and availability across prioritized channels.
• Clear, consistent brand positioning across channels and platforms.
• Revenue growth from successfully implemented initiatives.
• Successful and timely product launches.
• Efficient budget allocation with strong ROI on strategic initiatives.
• Data-driven marketing and commercial plans.
• Responsible for gathering, interpreting, and synthesizing data or complex information to make sound business decisions.
• Build strong networks and relationships across functions and levels and communicate ideas clearly and with confidence to gain buy-in.
• Responsible to grow and strengthen individual and team capabilities through
coaching, feedback, and talent planning.
• Responsible to translate strategic objectives into structured action plans with clear priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor in Business Management or relevant categories
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Marketing for a leading consumer company
• Strong analytical & commercial acumen
• Strong Leadership & Values
• Results & Action Oriented Work Ethics
