As Commercial Finance Business Partner Head, you will be directly reporting to the Group Head
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and execute financial strategies, providing insights and leading long-term planning to drive organizational goals
- Drive P&L improvement through performance analysis which leads to new initiative implementation
- Promote and be the strategic driver of intrapreneurship by leading a thorough and robust business analytics to accelerate the growth
- Advice business leaders, offer financial guidance, align departmental needs with corporate objectives, and evaluating opportunities to maximize ROI
- Business partner to other divisions to increase profitability
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, analyze performance trends, recommend corrective actions, and lead the development of financial models to support business decisions
- A minimum of 8 years of work experience, with 6 years of work experience in leadership position
- Background from FMCG is preferred
- Great interpersonal skills with strong business acumens
- Exceptional Excel spreadsheet skills is a must
- Team player and a leader
