About the Role
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving strategic HR initiatives and organization-wide transformation. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy to support the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance agility, innovation, and efficiency across the group.
- Partner with senior leaders to foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and accountability.
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and programs align with local regulations and global best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably within large, complex organizations.
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale organizational development and transformation projects.
- Strong background in developing and implementing talent management, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Skilled in creating and driving a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian business and cultural landscape, with a proven ability to manage diverse and complex stakeholder relationships.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
