About the Role:

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up in the IT and digital transformation industry. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager (solution sales) to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving my client's sales efforts, developing business strategies, and ensuring successful client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to fuel business growth.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations and solution-based product presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business to close deals and drive revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
  • Provide valuable feedback to Product Managers on client requirements and market trends.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Key Outcomes:
  • Develop strategic solutions by partnering with key stakeholders across the company.
  • Coordinate within the division to set job expectations and appraise performance.
  • Attract and acquire new clients, execute sales strategies, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Develop commercial/business proposals and sales forecasts, and establish partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of proven experience in the IT industry, particularly in system integration or digital transformation companies.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and client management at the enterprise level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in office applications.
  • Strong business and sales acumen, with the ability to convincingly engage potential clients.
  • Effective project management skills, including resource allocation and delegation.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in client presentations and management.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, especially in creating business proposals.
