Key Responsibilities:
- Drive top-of-funnel business development activities to generate qualified enterprise sales opportunities across Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian market.
- Identify, prospect, and engage key decision-makers within large enterprise organizations through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted account-based strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects for the Sales Director and regional commercial team.
- Conduct market mapping and account research to identify high-potential target companies and stakeholders.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, product discussions, and discovery sessions with senior business leaders and decision-makers.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and act as the initial point of contact throughout the early stages of the sales cycle.
- Understand client business challenges and position the company's AI-powered solutions as strategic tools for pricing optimization, revenue growth, and commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to execute territory plans, account strategies, and pipeline development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate prospecting activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, or enterprise sales roles.
- Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions with complex sales cycles and deal sizes of USD 100K+ or equivalent.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience selling into FMCG, CPG, retail, telecommunications, or other large enterprise sectors.
- Experience working for enterprise technology, SaaS, data analytics, cloud, or software companies is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities through cold outreach, prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Strong network of enterprise decision-makers and the ability to access key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Commercially minded with the ability to understand business challenges and communicate value-based solutions to prospective clients.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
