About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established start-up within the Market Research space and a sustainable and long runway. Looking for several Business Development Managers to drive up revenue for the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Explore and identify new market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Proactively acquire new clients through cold calling, networking events, and direct connections.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and other departments to prepare impactful marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and flyers.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their research project needs.
  • Analyze and report on project outcomes, providing insights into any unsuccessful bids.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading project negotiations and representing the company.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by senior management to support business objectives
 
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales in Jakarta, targeting large and mid-sized enterprises.
  • Language: Proficient in English at a business level.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in office applications.
  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales to large and mid-sized enterprises.
  • Candidates who have experience dealing/working with various industries/sectors (vast network)
  • Industry clients for service/products solutions will be an additional advantage
  • Local & industry network (credibility with clients)
  • Personality and attitude: good listener, empathic, motivating attitude
  • Relevant sales skill set for e.g. pricing, pitching, negotiation, prospecting etc.
  • Strategic and business analytics
  • Business case understanding
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and local languages
  • Good hunting and account management skills
  • Additional Skills:
    • Ability to identify business opportunities.
    • Strong client relationship management.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
