Our client is a is a Regional Database Management Company looking to establish their market presence in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for consistently achieving annual and quarterly sales quotas, focusing on; Number of new enterprise customers acquired and Total contract value (TCV) and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Drive new Enterprise and digital-native client acquisition. Priority industries include; Fintech, Payments, E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Gaming, and high-growth technology companies.
- Responsible for owning and managing the Indonesia territory and named account list, including; Beachhead customers, Lighthouse / reference accounts and Strategic vertical penetration.
- Identify, prioritize, and develop high-potential accounts and buying centers within large enterprises.
- Build and maintain a strong, healthy pipeline across all sales stages, from CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and sales cadence.
- Building and executing joint go-to-market plans with Cloud providers, System integrators, Technology and channel partners.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Business Development Representatives regionally and locally in order to, Drive demand generation activities in Indonesia and ASEAN, Support campaigns, events, account-based marketing and Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified pipeline.
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of enterprise, cloud, or infrastructure sales experience, preferably in database-first companies (Database, Cloud, Data infrastructure or enterprise software companies).
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Experience selling into enterprise and high-growth digital-native companies, with a preference in selling to Fintech / Payments, E-commerce / Retail, Logistics / Supply Chain, Gaming, Digital platforms / super-apps.
- Working knowledge of Database technologies (OLTP, distributed databases, data platforms) and Cloud computing and infrastructure, with the ability to understand technical value propositions and translate them into business outcomes for customers.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level and senior executives with strong experience managing complex stakeholder environments and long decision cycles.
- High energy, resilient, and thrives in fast-moving, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
