Our client is a local Logistics and E-commerce enabler, providing a full fledged end to end service focusing on Service Excellence, Sustainability, Social Commerce, Digital Marketing, and Creative Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute new business acquisition initiatives to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and deal closure.
- Proactively approach potential partners and clients using a strong hunter mindset, including door-to-door sales when required.
- Identify and secure retainer-based engagements and long-term partnerships to ensure recurring revenue.
- Develop and deliver sales decks, pitch materials, proposals, and commercial presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build, manage, and grow client accounts post-onboarding, ensuring retention, upsell, cross-sell, and increased ticket size.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for onboarded clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, livestream, creator management, operations) to design commercially viable and customized solutions.
- Proactively source and develop strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, creators, and ecosystem partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy and well-managed sales pipeline, including forecasting and revenue tracking.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Business Development or Sales roles. Background preferably from digital, creative, or marketing agencies, ideally within creative or content-driven industries.
- Strong hunter mentality, with proven ability to aggressively pursue and close new business opportunities.
- Possesses a ready client list that can be activated immediately; open to all industries, with preference for candidates experienced in fashion-related brands or businesses.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, onboarding, and closing.
- Comfortable managing both new acquisition and existing client growth, including retention and ticket size expansion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging business owners and decision-makers.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with high ownership and accountability.
- Highly independent, proactive, and execution-focused, with strong business acumen.
