About Our Client:
Our client is a globally renowned IT Principal of products and services with heavy presence.
About the role:
Our client is looking for numerous Business Development Managers, with a hunting mentality to drive overall revenue for the business unit - catering to the Mid and Large market segments (private sectors).
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, manage and grow the established client base that stimulate sales and profit growth
- Monitor, review and achieve sales target by quarterly
- Develop a through knowledge of station’s products and services
- Maintain account files, report documentation and proposals
- Maintaining and driving growth from existing customers and hunting new customer.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Prepare a variety of reports, including activity closings, follow up and adherence to goals.
- Liaising and coordinate with pre-sales, solution sales, solutions team, product team, delivery team, sales management team, and other relevant teams to obtain the relevant support that can help the sales process.

- Possessing minimum a Bachelor's Degree (any major) from a reputable University
- Preferably university degree in Business or IT/Computer Science
- Minimum of 3 - 6 years of working experience in similar position
- Strong IT industry expertise (Business model knowledge)
- Candidates who have experience dealing/working with various industries/sectors (vast network)
- Industry clients for service/products solutions will be an additional advantage
- Local & industry network (credibility with clients)
- Personality and attitude: good listener, empathic, motivating attitude
- Relevant sales skill set for e.g. pricing, pitching, negotiation, prospecting etc.
- Strategic and business analytics
- Business case understanding
- Good verbal and written communication in both English and local languages
- Good hunting and account management skills
