About Our Client:

Our client is a globally renowned IT Principal of products and services with heavy presence.

About the role:

Our client is looking for numerous Business Development Managers, with a hunting mentality to drive overall revenue for the business unit - catering to the Mid and Large market segments (private sectors).

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, manage and grow the established client base that stimulate sales and profit growth
  • Monitor, review and achieve sales target by quarterly
  • Develop a through knowledge of station’s products and services
  • Maintain account files, report documentation and proposals
  • Maintaining and driving growth from existing customers and hunting new customer.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Prepare a variety of reports, including activity closings, follow up and adherence to goals.
  • Liaising and coordinate with pre-sales, solution sales, solutions team, product team, delivery team, sales management team, and other relevant teams to obtain the relevant support that can help the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Possessing minimum a Bachelor's Degree (any major) from a reputable University 
  • Preferably university degree in Business or IT/Computer Science
  • Minimum of 3 - 6 years of working experience in similar position
  • Strong IT industry expertise (Business model knowledge)
  • Candidates who have experience dealing/working with various industries/sectors (vast network)
  • Industry clients for service/products solutions will be an additional advantage
  • Local & industry network (credibility with clients)
  • Personality and attitude: good listener, empathic, motivating attitude
  • Relevant sales skill set for e.g. pricing, pitching, negotiation, prospecting etc.
  • Strategic and business analytics
  • Business case understanding
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and local languages
  • Good hunting and account management skills
