About the Company:  

Our client is a well known local pioneer of packaged food and beverage company with the history of being a market leader for its products.
 
Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop & execute marketing & promotion plans to achieve business objectives & market share.
  • Lead the product development proses for new product launches / re-launches.
  • Market monitoring, competitor & customer insight analysis. Work with sales data and market research data to strategize and implement marketing initiatives to grow the brand.
  • Manage the budget for advertising & promotion activity, including brand activations through digital, ATL/BTL.
  • Pricing strategy & analysis.
  • Planning & sales forecasting
  
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree and above in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • ⁠5 years of experience in brand management especially in FMCG, ideally the person has created some idea from end to end (ideation to execution)
  • Prior local conglomerate experience is preferred
