AVP of Operations Excellence – Tech

About the Company:
Our client is a is a fast-growing tech company focusing on technology driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end operational excellence initiatives across all Dry Warehouses, focusing on efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and quality improvement.
• Identify operational gaps and design innovative strategies to improve processes, workflows, and fulfillment performance aligned with company customer value.
• Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term operational improvement roadmaps across warehouse operations.
• Ensure sustainability of improvements through system controls, automation initiatives, governance frameworks, and OKR implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement culture using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC.
• Monitor and optimize the full product journey across dry fulfillment operations, ensuring SLA adherence and operational consistency.
• Oversee end-to-end business process improvements, prioritization frameworks, and measurable impact tracking.
• Manage and optimize warehouse systems including WMS and TMS to improve operational visibility and performance.
• Conduct data analysis, operational research, and performance diagnostics to generate actionable insights for supply chain optimization.
• Provide strategic recommendations on supply chain operations, cost structure, productivity metrics, and service levels.
• Act as the bridge between ground operations and leadership, translating operational realities into strategic initiatives and executive insights.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations Excellence specialists across multiple warehouse locations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in operations excellence, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment environments (e-commerce, logistics tech, or retail preferred).
• Strong exposure to both strategy and hands-on operations, with the ability to operate effectively at both execution and leadership levels.
• Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics environments, preferably within high-growth or fast-paced operational ecosystems.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in data-driven decision making and operational performance improvement.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain systems including WMS and TMS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects with strict timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Solid understanding of process excellence methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, or similar frameworks).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both operational teams and senior leadership.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to balance cost, productivity, and service quality.
• Experience leading and developing teams, with strong leadership presence and execution mindset.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid and highly mobile role, including frequent warehouse visits.
• Possesses great communication skills, both in English and Bahasa, with the ability to manage and build relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
