Our client is the largest Telecommunication company in Indonesia, and they are currently seeking for AVP of Business Development, to drive revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding market share for their system integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer needs to shape market entry strategies.
- Identify and target new markets, industries, and customers for system integration services.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, technology partners, and industry leaders.
- Work closely with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment in solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a system integrator, IT, or technology solutions company.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
