Key responsibilities:
- Strategy & Consultation: Analyze consumer and corporate client business models to consult on digital payment and ecosystem solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and navigate complex client relationship matrices alongside internal product and cross-functional teams.
- Growth & Optimization: Partner with clients to drive usage, user experience, new products, e-commerce, and cross-border transactions.
- Innovation & CVPs: Identify new payment flows and build differentiated Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) for new products and segments.
- Execution & Business Planning: Deliver strategic priorities to grow payment volumes, lead account business planning, and submit product propositions.
- Financial Oversight: Manage client forecasting, P&L, performance tracking, and build business cases for investment approvals.
- Alignment: Develop internal/external product content and align with regional, country, and global goals.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of proven sales, consulting, and relationship management experience in the payments or financial services industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of retail, commercial, and digital banking, plus the emerging digital payment landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Expertise managing complex client matrix structures, ideally dealing with commercial and state-affiliated banking institutions at working and senior executive levels.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and the primary local market language.
