Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Business from University of Buffalo, USA. Upon graduation, he started his first role as a Financial Advisor with a leading global Insurance company. He then moved into recruitment with a global recruitment firm and was focused on recruiting mostly technical and operational roles, mostly in the Supply Chain & Procurement function. He then transferred to the Indonesia office and was responsible to lead and grow the Supply Chain team and helped to build up the Engineering Desk from scratch. He brings with him more than 8 years of recruitment experience in both Singapore and Indonesia as well as across both B2B and B2C verticals
