Duncan holds a BA in Marketing from the University of the West of England and moved to Asia in 2008. He has 15 years of recruitment experience across Singapore and Vietnam in both agency and talent acquisition roles. He led recruitment teams focusing on Pharmaceutical, Technology and Supply Chain hiring before becoming the TA Lead for a global pharmaceutical company overseeing recruitment for the APAC and Middle East regions. Duncan joined WeNetwork in 2023 to open and build our Vietnam office.
